Looking for a specific slice-of-life with "meta" jokes.

I used to read a manga hosted on mangadex a few years ago, before the website went down for multiple months.

It was a slice-of-life story about a guy and a girl having some sort of relationship in-between them. I don't remember anything about the story, but what I do remember is that the translators literally didn't care at all. There were a ton of meta jokes, even memes and the like. It was quite popular due to that actually. If my memory is correct, the translating group was something like "why did the last group drop this".

Does anyone remember this manga?
