Looking for an image viewer that functions like long strip view on this site

Not sure if it belongs in this section or not but is there an image viewer that has a long strip view i can use for manga I have downloaded?

If not what are the best/recommended viewers? Currently using honeyview and my only complaint is i can't adjust scroll speed for mouse wheel.

Been looking through the options. Is there a way to make it have a similar long strip view where multiple images are loaded and i can scroll in a way that the bottom part of the previous page and the top part of the next page are displayed?
