looking for manga recommendations (Improvements / World building / scientific break through)

I am looking for a Manga which is about how the MC or so improves the well being of towns / cities / world through inventions / politics etc.

As an example there were some Reincarnation / Isekai Mangas which I liked which did this like:
-release the witch
-the guy who won money and got through a door to another world (dont know the name)
-Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami
etc.

I read a lot of Mangas and right now i am binge-reading a lot and looking for some pearls / ideas.
I read shoujou / Josei or shounen / seinen etc.

What I dont like is the shallowness of some (a lot) of this Mangas which concentrate on ordinary food / entertainment articles and make it unbearable boring to read.
Also, I cant stand the political / economical aspects of some which the "MC" chooses and would lead to "crisis" in normal cases.

I also dont like when everyone is like a "moron" even the educated ones and the MC is the only one who has some "sense".
Or the MC is so OP like "I have only 1 stone and 1 leaf, let me quickly make the first airplane!" and all this without showing "how"...

Finding a good Manga in this sense is hard because Mangakas need to be some what educated on this topic or need to do a ton of research - which is mostly not the case and as such, most Mangas in this sense are lacking a lot.

Isekai Yakkyoku (pharmacist so it's more medically inclined, magic sort of speeds up the "invention" side but MC has all the knowhow to make the things he does valid)

Jui-san no oshigoto (Vet mc. He is summoned precisely because of his expertise, so no random I invented TVs shenanigans)

Genjishugi (dodges the "everyone but MC is stupid" the best as all named characters have valid reasoning in their actions rather than just catching the idiot ball)

Adding:

Risou no himo (while it's more political vs invention, the mc's ways to help are deeply grounded since his ideas are tested painstakingly slowly because he only has shallow knowledge on certain subjects, and his help with logistics is because he has a laptop. Though mostly his greatest accomplishment is merely by accepting to be isekai'd. Also it's very SoL slow in pacing)

I don't have many that focus on town building/world improvement that are not OP or incredibly unrealistic.

Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp
This is a romance focused on improving the medical system. Relatively realistic. Has official English scanlations.


Dr. STONE
Watching the anime, unexpectedly good (promo video made me think it was another screamer, like black clover). Science based, though each character is OP in one aspect


I cannot think of any others not already mentioned which do not violate the anti-stupidity clause, which really makes me question my choice in manga....

I really enjoyed Maoyuu. The Demon Queen actually turns out to be a pretty decent person who's really trying to improve the world. The Hero comes into the Demon Queen's castle with a rather naive worldview, but the Demon Queen really challenges those preconceived notions, and she manages to convince the Hero to join her side in the first chapter. Lots of economics and worldbuilding.

Thank you very much for your suggestion, the only one which I didnt read was: Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp

I really dont have any Mangalist or something, I just look at daily updates once or twice a day and try to remember what I read before.

I really would love to have a "Tag" for this genre.

I am by the way open for more ideas, maybe I will try to form a list this weekend from what I read so everyone who is also interested in this "Sub-Genre" can look it up.

But I would love to hear more ideas

@chimeira Hm, well MangaUpdates categories are usually fairly extensive; you might be able to find something new there.
