It's about a guy who apparently goes to a really good school, learning to become leading figures in their professions they major in or something like that. The guy goes into cosmetology, which is becoming a hairdresser. The delinquent girl in his homeroom is trying to major in entertainment to become an idol but is always absent cause she's a delinquent gorilla, till he does her hair. That's the basic gist of it I think.
