Considering how many times he and Kujo must've gotten their teeth shattered, it makes me wonder whether they regrow or if they can use other people's teeth like they can their muscles

They definitely do. It'd be rad if they didn't and Azuma still had that missing tooth Kujo knocked out with the arm stump.

I'm sure they're just grafting endman's teeth by sticking em up their gums. Makes sense by the world's logic of them being basically plants anyway.
