Hard to tell because we keep getting "they" and "them" as the pronouns used. Probably just a twink guy with a god complex, considering all the visual information we have on Kou. If we get a flashback, it should make it more clear unless Kou wears goofy frilly cosplay outfits or something in the flashback. That'd be hilarious, to be honest.

Given kou’s vibe, I would figure it’s just fashion? Like you can dye/tattoo your sclera different colors here in the human world, i bet it’s not that difficult to pull off when dying of infection is just a minor setback

Yeah i wondered why only their sclera are black and the hair is white. If the hair gets this white there is at least some morphing in the face already
