Actually, there's an official English version. I can understand why scanlators are not that interested in it.

Yen Press basically caught up with the Japanese release and is only a single volume behind.

Even moreso, raws are difficult to find.

I still hate her because she hates, because she has this completely unexplained hatred not just for him but basically any males in general, as evidenced by her interactions with other males. The author made her a stereotypical male-hating lesbian, and that's shallow and bad.

EVEN HERE, she gives ZERO shits about his feelings. The ONLY reason she even gives him any kind of remotely positive thought is vicariously, because the object of her affection cares about him. There has been literally ZERO reason for her disliking all males, and that makes her a shallow character.
