It's weird cause that girl looks just like Ena so it makes me wonder if like, Ena constantly tries to be human and goes "coma" when she becomes cupid. Just disappears from life.

Why did I become such a theory buff for LOVE BULLET ever since the last chapter?...

Okay so the Claymore Mine was first designed and developed since WW2 but never got used. Then it was patented to be used for the Korean War in the 1950s (the patent wasn't granted until Vietnam War). Then it was officially used in service by the US for the Vietnam War around the 1960s. The mine range was huge, up to 50 meters range of damage.

History aside (very interesting), my question is why the fuck does Ena have something like that? Okay, every cupid weapon/tool is a mirror/copy of the real life equivalent (The pistol, grenades, drones, uzis, binoculars, etc.). Assuming it works, what would it be used for? Exactly how Kanna uses her grenades? Reminder, that this is the strongest bomb ever shown in this manga and I highly doubt there is something stronger (besides the DIY mortar bomb Chiyo is designing). Now I'm wondering if there are specific weapons for cupids to stop other cupids. Obviously that doesn't make any sense, but once a cupid gets enough karma, they can go back to be a human again (assuming they want to be human again). What's stopping a cupid to sabotage another cupid to get the karma? Its the same mission either way.

Also the mine does make me believe that my theory on when Ena died is somewhat correct. I did believe that Ena died around WW2 based on her advanced knowledge on the modern cupid weaponry. Now I'm thinking she died around the Korean War to Vietnam War based on all of the tools she uses and has (claymore mine, m16 rifle (Idk if it is, it just looks like it based on picture I've seen), surveillance cameras) There's even the picture of her holding the unknown cupid in an actual military outfit, all muddied up. I feel like when her death was is connected to what is around her.

The girls went on a mission to a troubled class on a school field trip. Koharu chose Kitano as the target and her old school friend Touma as the other party. Her only other friend, Hasumi, is mysteriously in hospital. When Kitano goes to confess, her poem gets destroyed in the rain and her task gets ruined. Our three girls then get into a fight with our fourth, Ena, who has designated this particular class as her territory. Once things calm down they go to Ena’s hideout to hash out an agreement and a plan.

So, this is all very confusing. The Cupid’s voice seems to be pushing Touma towards Kitano, but he also seems to be charmed right? However, when Chiyo shoots him during the confession it has no effect. Are there ways to remove the Charm, or is he still Charmed towards someone else? Next Hasumi: is Touma Charmed towards her, but the pile of peer pressure and his protectiveness of Kitano keeping him from acting on it? Finally, Ena said that the entire class was her territory and she works alone. So either we have to assume that there was a second shooter and the events surrounding the flashback were the catalyst for Ena to go solo and be protective of the class (the mysterious fifth cupid), or that it is in fact Ena who charmed and was speaking to Touma. And depending who he was Charmed for that Cupid dialogue doesn’t seem to line up. And if it was Ena, and she did want to lead him towards Kitano then what changed her mind?

An unknown cupid is working on this, since Touma got charmed. Except, they seem to try to get Touma to turn a blind eye to Hasumi's bullying...? We know Ena doesn't care about Hasumi, nor does she care about Kitano; this cupid must have been a pain. Maybe this is why Ena was so on edge. In any case, this cupid seems to be bad news.

That aside, Ena seems to be really good with weaponry. She knows how to set up a Claymore mine, and she's interested in building prototype mortars, even being able to figure out launch angles given a distance. This makes me think that she worked with weapons in her human life as part of a war. I doubt she was a soldier, since she's female and probably wouldn't get drafted. Overall, I'm inclined to think that she was an engineer during the Cold War.

Honestly this new cupid is really interesting... the first reveal in Ena's birthday art to appearing in the chapter beginning its seriously insane. Even in the scene where touma is being charmed the carefree way they talk the easy manipulation even just seeing their legs from underneath that speech bubble their entire demeanor seems aware bur carefree like its all an act. They're such a huge deviation from what we've seen to be normal behaviour from cupids no wonder theyre hanging off ena grinning at the viewers in enas very own birthday art.

Ena is so technical and rigid about a cupids duty having this cupid involved in her same territory truly brings out their differences and motives. With how this new cupid was assumably injuried-as seen in the chpater beginning where theyre being carried by ena and covered in bandages protecting their own neck and head in a manner reminscient to a school tornado drill, honestly i would put money on the fact i truly believe this new cupid orchestrated rhe so called "accident" hasumi had earlier and the mentioned Landslide the farmer spoke about a few chapters ago.

Think on it, why is this new cupid covering their neck and head in a such a protective manner? Its the same manner children in school are taught to protect themselves in case of falling objects during a strong weather emergency. Our carefree cupid orchestrated an event where Hasumi would be close to a landslide occuring OR directly caused said landslide only to be caught up in it too in order to keep appearances. Lead hasumi to the area you want her to be in take on a human disguise to fit in with the class and for continuitys sake get caught in it too that way you could have an allibi if someone were to catch you in the middle of the act-before you had time to drop your disguise and become invisible to humans again. And of course charm your way out of being noticed until its yet again convient.

If Hasumi were to be Ena as some theories suggest then that panel where Hasumi glares down Touma then it would make sense someone with a short temper like Ena would take the moment to stand back and watch in anger to see what the following events will be. Ena is extremely adamant nobody visits Hasumi while she is in the hospital which seems to me Hasumi, being physically incapticitated, is also in a mentally sensitive place rn wherein anything could set her off/trigger her into all sorts of moods/behaviors. She doesnt cry, shake, tremble, or do much when the trash was thrown at her. She remained almost statuesque and almost methodically and robotically began to collect the trash scatter around her. Either this has been happening for ages and shes grown accustomed or in that moment she was so angry and embarassed she shut down.

Ena is shaping up to be my favorite cupid too. Theyre truly devoted to the cupid cause and doesnt seem too motivated by the added bonus of returning back to life. Matter of fact theyre pretty detached from human life as a whole shown by their anger/coldness when Koharu brings up the cupids promise they state specifically "a cupids what? Ive never heard of such thing." Its only when Kanna steps in and states oh thats just us beinf silly with this human concept does Ena relax. Almost as if it angered them to be told theres an official cupids promise and she was unaware of this facet of her newfound duty. Lots of thoughts spinning around on this character
