@demonslender Honestly there is so much incest like situations in anime where a sibling likes another, that it would be too much to avoid.
I used to have a problem with seeing it too but eventually, i just treated that as what it really is: "A fictional situation in a fictional universe".
Since its not real you can just treat it as a fictional situation separate from the real world like i do. I try not to connect the crazy stuff i see in anime/manga to real-life and it helps a lot. You dont make it a big deal every time you see it. Just my two cents.

my thoughts are you either get use to or you eff off from the medium.
you tend to see this taken as a joke in shonen and taken as a serious plot point in shoujo, and it comes up so often that if you arent use to it, its jarring, but anymore, its whatever.

there is alot of stuff you just have to stop careing about to enjoy anime and manga, and thats also part of the apeal, japan give 0 shits about western sensibilities.
