Charlotte clearly too childish and abuses her position as a maid brought in by the head maid who's her aunt, so honestly, it gets annoying when she constantly bullies our Nina since she's "liked more than she is, and she's been there longer" but while this dumb girl doesn't do her job properly and throws her work on Nina, Nina is constantly working her ass off, she literally almost lost her life cuz aunty over here didn't notify her on how to handle quickly escape if the Queen infiltrates the Castle, and literally almost DIED, and stills works hard for everyone around her, so yes, of course Nina, who is always kind, and is a hard worker who never complains about how hard things are, is more liked than you, snob.
Also Charlotte's brother couldn't recognize the emperor, THE FRIGGIN RULER OF THE DAMN EMPIRE GUYS, of course he's gonna get fired. Assuming he's of noble birth (which most imperial knights are, unless you're a commoner with SUPERB talent), there's no way him, who trained as a knight, doesn't know the features that describe the current emperor. That's why he was fired, plus he's very rash when making decisions, and doesn't think through things logically, and trusts outside information from a bias source, like, your a night working for the imperial family, YOU CAN'T BE INCOMPETENT OR YOU'LL LOSE YOUR F******* HEAD AT SOME POINT BECAUSE OF A DUMB DECISION YOU MADE 😡😡😤😤😤
