@Akera93 I believe it was dormant, but it wasn't Lu Dan Qing who first triggered it. It was when Xiao Pei was assaulted before the auction and thrown into the fire pit (whatever it's called) to eliminate evidence that he was first reborn. 'Cause phoenixes gotta rise from the ashes yo.
