A lot of people saying he's naive for saying there are no bad people but not really understanding what he's saying. When we call someone a bad person, that doesn't really say something about the person but it's instead a statement of how we see that person. Machida has chosen to not see others as bad but instead to look at their actions and judge those. Machida is not so naive to not realize people can't do evil things, or else he wouldn't get so protective of his little siblings. When we apply the label of good or bad to someone, it can be useful in that it allows us to more efficiently decide who's worth trusting and who not to, but it also means we paint over the nuance inherit to all people and there's also the fact that we can often be wrong in our judgement and can end up labeling someone as bad when that's undeserved, or worse trusting someone when we shouldn't

Realistically, she lost her chance to conceive children. She wanted to be a mother. She says she hates children but I find that to be a bold faced lie.

A different take on this, she has never wanted to be a wife/mother much prefering the role of mistress. Now IMO there is nothing wrong in that choice but it can cause problems for others, which is why she thought of herself as a bad person. Remember she said she hates women (competition) and children who would complicate her life too much if they were hers.

That's naive. There are certainly bad people.
One could argue that people who's pleasure and reason d'etre is to hurt others are bad people.
I do think even rapists and terrorist should be studied and cared for, even if I can't defend my position properly.
