Yeahhhh, it's naive to say there aren't bad people, but...
I think chapters like this can't truly reach at proper nuance of the take of no one is fundamentally evil. Some people do enough evil actions that it stains who they are, and they won't ever change that, but they're still some person.
It's nice to imagine that anyone no matter how bad could in fact return to a decent person. Most people you'll actually meet aren't irredeemable, at least.
Sometimes it really is just perspective to think someone's bad, sometimes it's the right circumstances to get them back on the right path. It's a lovely take to believe in that even if it's not always quite possible.
Ultimately that's what this series is at it's core, love for those around you.
