Wait... weren't Faputa and Nanashi immune to the Abyss curse? Wasn't becoming a narehate the whole point of Bondrewd's plan because it would turn him immune to the curse?

The fact that Srajo used her whistle to awaken(?) her subordinate kinda shows that being a narehate does give at least some protection.

Yeah it’s really hard to visualize exactly what’s going on, you got it so right with how confusing this upside down perspective is on the reader.

Not to mention the monster is mostly invisible. I’m a little annoyed, but it is what it is eh
