Yeah I'm guessing she turns into the village. iirc Way back when they were explaining the narahate language the world for village also meant cradle and mother. She probably becomes a wishing well for them and spawns all the stuff they need. At some point she probably made Faputa, especially considering it looks like wish was to be able to give birth.
