I have some juggling training and I don't mind saying the tricks she's doing with that short little bottle make me more nervous then someone juggling fire would. The type of torches people juggle aren't very heavy, don't burn super hot, and go out easily. The bottle she's using could brain her!! And it's a weird mix of bottle weights too. Let alone the flip in heels.

I can't tell if she did a forward or backflip. The initial part looked like setting up for a forward flip but the next panel looked like a backflip.

I wasn't feeling this festival much... but that was the point, Hyoko hadn't earned my attention.

It's definitely nice to see someone drawing juggling (okay, flair, but it's pretty close) and getting it pretty much right; the neck catch looks a bit iffy, I can do that with balls and I already have to lean forwards a fair bit, let alone with a bottle that's so much bigger, but she has her shoulderblades up the right way, and the practise scenes look like people look like when they're not catching things.

I thought she was going to do the behind-the-back knee catch with the bottle, I'm not really clear on what's going on in the last pages.

The other place I've seen juggling done properly is the OP for Death Parade, of course; that's flair as well, but it's also a remarkably good animation of a five club cascade. (it's low and on singles, but I guess in the afterlife there's had a lot of time to practise)
