how tf civilization on that world could survive when a whole village grown ups needed to kill mere 3 goblin especially when that THING exist?
Yeah the world building in this series doesn't make sense, not only about lack of magic development but also if a smol attack results in multiple buildings destroyed they'd never be able to advance normally. You'd think every town would have a garrison at the least for full time protection.

Newest waifu incoming?

I assume it must be a ghost or something that was once human, given the clothes and such - perhaps this is the end result of "lazyness"? It's a sudden burst of inspiration and energy!

I am under the impression that the monsters were really rare. Like, once or twice a generation, rare. They might damage a lot, but that is still recoverable even for villages if they were the lucky one that got a kill. And even when wiped out, humans make new kids (particularly cities), and populate new villages.

Bigger question is not how civilization wasn't wiped out, but rather how civilization managed to take root in the first place. Maybe the things are an invasive species?
Also, how there are any villages left standing outside mc's family's reach, considering the attacks have been increasing in both frequency and magnitude. Maybe there is a controlling intent behind everything, throwing them only at exactly the things within mc's reach (or at towns with the ability to defend using walls and masses of soldiers), almost as if an author is the driving force of the world?

I assume demon attacks where common enough outside cities judging how the MC wasn't allowed outside for the longest time cause he could get attacked at any time in doing so.

Have you heard of the Demon King? From what we have seen from the recent devlopment, something is messing with the magic (appearance of lazyness, more monster, ...) so probably that something like the demon king appeared.

Not necessarily a Demon King ( although Isekai Thradithion dictates...), but something is up, and the father knows of it, or at least is in the loop on what is happening outside the field of vision of a 8 year old that doesn't get told Adult Stuff. As happens with kids..
The MC might be your typical Isekai prodigy, but he is still treated as a very smart child, and isn't aware of, or educated in what happens in the wider world.

In that sense the writing is actually pretty good, because it is done only from the perspective of the MC and what he knows/hears.
And yes, that leaves a lot of elbow room for writing backsies and chicanery, but so far there are enough hints that the adults are fully aware something is up in the world at large, are trying to deal with it as best as they can, and are protecting the kids from the famous Things That Shouldn't Bother Kids Yet.
Even if the kids themselves are so far outside the norm that they are allowed to do things that no ordinary kid would be allowed to do, period.
As adults ( and peeps with kids know...) do...

And yes... His wife will kill poor dad and make him suffer in Inventive Ways only a mother can if she hears of this......

Holy hell that monster is nightmare fuel, scratch that it seems every monster in this manga is pretty deadly. I love it! Even with MC's magic system it seems the monsters aren't cannon fodder still.

Though it seems that apparition-like thing isn't visible for people without magic, so maybe it only hunts those who have potential? Then again, it's possible the dad just didn't look behind as he's busy driving the carriage.

As for why civilization didn't get wiped out, it'd be like how despite cavemen being essentially out matched by predators in the olden times, they managed to survive and thrive since the animals don't actually actively hunt them to extinction but rather just from time to time. So I don't think creature attacks are common or at least they learned to avoid human settlements like how animal predators do in real life. The sudden increase in attacks does raise some eyebrows though.

There seems far more things that MC doesn't know yet as our perspective is pretty limited to a small village, we still haven't seen any kingdoms or such. There's likely more stuff in this world and we're just starting to learn about it now. Overall I'm loving the world building, there's a lot of potential paths to explore here. I do have a hunch that the increase in attacks in the sudden past years probably is related to MC's discovery and improvement of magic, maybe it's attracting the monsters like an insect to a flame.
