That petrification punishment from chapter 1 was much worse than these other ones.
Pregnancy and milking are much lighter sentences though I guess we don't know how bad the milking one is.
Will probably be something like installed as livestock in a milk farm but that's still much better than being turned into stone and having your limbs broken off.

I started the series today, but i guess its because in chapter 1, the defendant not only lost, but was seriously sexual assaulted infront of people, infront of children, while moaning loudly even after receiving a motivacional speech, plus it all got recorded and posted on the internet global wide, so everyone was knowing about that, so probably what we saw in chapter 1 was something like death sentence to them, like, the worse punishments possible, while these are more personal punishements to make the magical girl "learn her place".
