It's funny. If I take my impressions of just the first chapter, I wouldn't have continued reading, but the author has built an interesting story around the ecchi part (better than I expected).

Characters are interesting and feel real (because, c'mon, humans are the kings of putting their parts in things they shouldn't, as proven by real life doctors, lol)

Just checked the first chapter and it said the demon lord was defeated 15 years ago . This means it is nearly guaranteed that Rex is not the Man in the suit of armor because unless he lost the beard and around 60 pounds of pure muscle he was not that guy

T/N is incorrect about 貴女. This is also pronounced "anata" (you), unless specified otherwise in furigana.
Yes, it's also pronounced as "kijo" sometimes, but in the current day it's commonly understood to read as "anata". It's just used as a more gender-specific version.
彼方、貴方、貴男、貴女 are all acceptable kanji forms for "anata".
