It's funny. If I take my impressions of just the first chapter, I wouldn't have continued reading, but the author has built an interesting story around the ecchi part (better than I expected).

Characters are interesting and feel real (because, c'mon, humans are the kings of putting their parts in things they shouldn't, as proven by real life doctors, lol)

I will laugh so hard if the demon lord decided to heal humans for some kind of repentance and ended up being the doctor who has to stop people from kinking their way into an early grave. Like, you sure you want to keep the humans alive after what you've seen?

Just checked the first chapter and it said the demon lord was defeated 15 years ago . This means it is nearly guaranteed that Rex is not the Man in the suit of armor because unless he lost the beard and around 60 pounds of pure muscle he was not that guy
