@maozli its ok to feel bad for the villain and their circunstances, they are humans too.
I can understand too, he was swallowed by fucked up emotions and did fucked up stuff and the only good thing for him was meeting and falling in love with Suzette, and then he finds out she's the one he cursed out of jealosly, that adds another lair of fucked up to his situation, the only ray of light in his life,the women he loved was actually the wife of the man he hates and he personally sealed her fate without even knowing, hell we see that he cared for her when he advised her to stay away from dark magic and curses, probably coz he realized that desperation leads to a dark path.
But dont get me wrong, he's fucked in the head, going after an innocent instead of the man he hates is a cowardly move, and he deserves an ass beating.
