[Mainsite] Opening comment threads in new tabs/windows opens the chapter instead

Hovering over the comments icon shows that it will lead to mangadex.org/chapter/, clicking on it directly leads to forums.mangadex.org/threads/
Affects mousewheel click as well as rightclick+new tab

Confirming and echoing this. All comment buttons open the forums when left clicking (opening in a new window), but the on-hover URL leads to the chapter, and middle-click opens a new tab to the chapter (I'm using Firefox)
