Whatever is going to be said is going to mean more coming from Azz than Iruma at this point because Clara already knows how nice of a person Iruma is to everyone...but Azz is not always nice to everyone. One of her worries was that Azz would not call her by her name which he just did. It got her attention.

I dunno if it is a start of ship or not, but at the very least it will be progress in their relationship.

If you read him as Queer (well, besides the fact that love for Iruma is above any genders), then if he ultimately gets together with Clara, then this will be very suspiciously resemble tropes with the resolution of love triangles from Yuri and Bl, Lmao.

Interestingly... the fact Clara seems to never have entered her evil cycle before may have contributed to how this one is being so extreme.

The evil cycle does have a function to let devils let off some pressure now and then, but she is naturally bubbly, even with her insecurities, so... despite having them somewhat "under control", this evil cycle of her amplified a lot of her inner thoughts.

Well remember the candy like pills amplify the evil cycle more than a normal one because it’s forced and stacks stress. Stress is one of the things that composes and increases the state of an evil cycle. Not to mention this one was made specifically for azz and has unknown side effects or stability. What may be a more normal dosage for him may be a lot for her.
