That flower's meaning was "I bid farewell to the world without you", and we saw it from Ameri's mother's background in chapter 327 too.(Also that volume's inside cover) So I think that door leads to human world.

Maybe Ameri might use that door when Narnia and Baal banishes Iruma back to human world, as she bids farewell to the world without Iruma.

Most demons don't even know humans are real.

Well, clearly, humans are a part of their history. They know about humans. They regularly talk about eating humans. They even have a class about human culture. At some point communication with humans was apparently more standard before being shut down by border patrol.
