Something I really really like about this series is the many many ways love can be portrayed. Its not just romantic or eros. There is love between friends, family, teachers/masters and their students, nobility, for your goals/hobbies, and good ole romantic love.

And its very rarely just a straight shot too.

Every chapter they just keep setting more and more things up in better and better ways. I cannot wait to see how all this fully plays out.

This is the best arc ever. With how many new and old chars are being introduced, this arc is shaping up to be my favorite just in sheer hilarity with how many intersecting goals they have. And the main goal this arc, steal or get caught, is still clear among all the personal goals. Nishi the goat for this.

And now, Ameri, Clara, Azz, and Jazz are going to be lumped together in all this! Such a rare collection of existing characters, I can't wait to see how they'll all bounce off each other.

Someone else somewhere else mentioned it, but the way Bachiko's acting jealous around Ameri isn't her having a crush on Iruma (that's weird af to me) it's her being protective in a motherly way like how Henry is protective of Ameri.

guuuuuys, this arc has been 100% puuuuure Iruma shenanigans, genuinely fresh while keeping the core of the series.

we got Ari back, we got Bachiko back, some Jazz family action (guy rocks), some Lied family action, all great arc while the author works in a manga that is really getting Jump eyes, not gonna say it's been a 10/10, but so far has been super enjoyable even more with this chapter.

I'm gonna say this arc has been a 10/10

I just adore how sensei use their characters to write her stories. All the ridiculous crossroads we find Iruma in just makes sense.

What annoys me when people say this is that there never isn't progress in sime way. This less a battle shonen with a big bad they gotta defeat and more a character drama, where the primary interaction is dialogue between characters. Hence why I decry the idea that filler even exists in this manga, as Nishi is always building characters or delivering payoff.

Also not having everything happening all the time allows the series to keep feeling fresh, as it lowers tensions to make more serious stuff seem more impactful. That's why this series still great to read compared to the 60 chapters of demon slayer's final arc, which simultaneously drags and feels rushed.
