I think Iruma being willing to tap into that side of himself is a step in the right direction though. It's not as big of a deal now, because he's learning to properly express negative emotions

He already likes Iruma too much to join them. Eating him would be a waste in his eyes, especially with the growth he saw in their limited interaction.

That's why I think he will join them. He's very chaotic and would join the six fingers for his own selfishness. Joining them would guarantee more battles with Iruma and he will probably leave after he has his big battle with Jazz (once he gets stronger). Also he's now on the run from law enforcement and possibly border patrol so he does need some protection.

Rock feels far to independent to join anyone imo. He's a thief, he can mess with Iruma and Jazz all he wants whenever he wants if that's what he wants. He doesn't need an organization to do that.

So far, almost everything that has happened in this manga has ended up part of the plot.
It's Chekhov's blank all up in this business.

I don't think the key is false, or at least if it was, Jazz Brother didn't know because he would have used the confusion by revealing that is fake to escape instead of using the whistle. And that suspicious touch of the key and ring at the end... i mean at this point its not surprise that Alikred is Derkila or at least something to do with him like a remnant of his magic or something like that... so maybe the next arc would have something to do with the Demon King Derkila and Alikred?

Considering that, Rock, let's say, was inspired by the character Arsenie Lupin from the Lupin III series, and that Rock is as womanizing (hangs out with several women) as Lupin even though Rock's outfit is similar to Joker's outfit from Persona 5.

It is somehow logical that Lupin as a ghost thief manages to escape the police, so did Rock.

And it remains to be seen if Iruma's ring and the key in Jazz's hand made some kind of resonance.

On top of that, Joker's original persona is named Arsene and is literally a thief lol.
