We have seen two humans clearly, and both are Japanese.
Demons come in all (ALL) shapes and sizes, but humans are all pretty dang similar. Colouration, hair, small aspects of facial structure, small range of sizes...

Maybe they just be from the same place.
I honestly think she looks more like boy mode Iruma than Irumi, because Irumi is usually all made up for the occasion.
