They just need to wait a bit and blood will come out by itself, though. And, assuming the girl was in their custody for quite some time already, they should've had a whole lot of samples
Edit. Made me think that they will have a steady supply of blood after discovering the aforementioned method of getting it, and the reason, why Henri got Merize out of the Netherworld, is because he got her pregnant, so the blood supply was cut and the higher-ups weren't happy about this.

But before they confirmed she is Merize the theory is that she was not Merize and that Iruma parents are adoptive parents

What if she wasn't Ameri's mom, and just her dad's first love???? I mean, she does seem pretty stupid and so maybe all of the suffering she put her son through was cause she was a dumbass and not cause she was horrible.

And she gave Iruma to the demons cause she had good memories and wanted him to be happy????

That would be a nice plot twist.... plus, too much of his backstory is just copying Hayate the Combat Butler.... which is a nice reference, but still....

yknow if human blood is so powerful iruma could let let ameri bite him vampire style so she could go legendary supersaiyan. Just something to think about
