Yeah, if Narnia hears "demons support each other" and responds with "and the land should belong only to demons" without skipping a beat, it's probably best to say that he's actually just like that and not an act.

I'd argue it's pretty safe to assume he has ties to the Six Fingers. They're the only ones to be shown so far to have such extreme views like that. We also know that they know Iruma is a human and they want him to revive Derkila somehow.
