I do want to give a disclaimer that I'm not fluent in japanese but I've been translating the raws for my friend since around chapter 290 and rarely run into issues

I genuinely have nothing but gratitude for all the work they've done that's introduced so many people, myself included, to this fantastic story but I personally find some of the choices that they make to be REALLY weird (e.g. scrubbing out mention of japanese pronouns, inventing new names for spells and bloodline abilities based on their kanji descriptors and leaving out the actual spoken names given in the furigana, "cake pops" instead of "dango," etc.) and if that's the degree of localization I'd be expected to uphold then I just. cannot. I'm sorry.
