Man, I get why Arsenio is in a pinch. Since I'm 100% sure my future partner has to be a man, I don't have as much trouble making choices. But when it comes to choosing based on just your own emotion, regardless of genders, it's just hard man.

Those two are ridiculously soft and adorable together, all their relationships here are great really, from familial to lovers and friends, it's so warm. And those two especially went through so much, man they deserve to be happy, I've said it already but I'll never forgive Mochi if one of them dies after everything - seeing the next chapters I don't think any of them will, but still some panels sometimes (like the one where Sauro says they'll come back at the lake when it's summer for ex) get me worried a bit. I don't mind angst - and there is gonna be some serious angst again later it's obvious - but I need my happy ending.

Also I'd like to point out that when Sauro says "I love you" he doesn't use the common "suki" but the deeper "aishiteru", just FYI.
I'm a bit surprised at the translation p27 though, I didn't understand that when I tried to decifer it, interesting (but p25 I'm kinda sure Arsenio is saying something like "Yeah I know this smell"...).

So the way I see what Arsenio said:

Being with Rei is nice and hopeful and wonderful, but it's almost too nice bordering on delusion. Not everything is always going to be so perfect and worryfree.

But on the flipside being with Sauro is closer to reality in that the cruelties of the world aren't ignored, which is good to not ignore...but it's far too pessimistic in nature.

Truthfully I am in the Sauro camp. Lots of history there, the age factor isnt creepy and it feels more like two equal people adults. Rei is just too young, if she was like 5 years older it would be fine but...she isn't.
