I'm still so confused as to what is happening here. So Rei likes Arsenio, and vice versa. But Lloyd wants to marry Rei b/c of what he did, but he really likes Eric, Rei's older brother, and Eric is just a pervert who wants to experiment with his female body to see how much of a "female" he is, and he wants to seduce Arsenio so Lloyd can be with Rei?

I I've heard correctly, and it seems so based in the volume covers, this relationship gets even more complicated after Arsenio's childhood friend comes in and Arsenio falls in love with him and changes into a girl to be with him.

I think it has been an entire volume without the cow. He must have conquered the world by now. Unlike in Cuticle Detective, there isn't any police or anything actively trying to arrest the animal villain. Can you imagine. Eleven volumes later, and the demon lord dies of natural causes. Or loses his horns in a tragic workplace accident
