Make delayed releases show up in follow feed

Delayed releases are meant to help a scanlation team capture more traffic after the initial release of a chapter. And currently if you click on a delayed chapter, you'll get a link to the group's website. However, the delayed chapter won't show up in our feeds. This sort of defeats the purpose of the delayed release. Unless you follow some external aggregator, then you won't know the chapter's available on the group's website.

I suggest that delayed chapters should appear in our feeds so that we at least know the chapter is available somewhere.

this will not work.. my friend group usually using delayed releases for check missing lines etc.. so if this get green light.. maybe the follower feel............. somethin like that.
