This reminds me a bit of a more sane School Rumble. Gosh that one wasn’t a love polygon, it was a love spaghetti with clown noses instead of meat balls.

… I will celebrate HARD if the person he loves is a boy. I would even accept a crossdressing boy he thought was a girl, if he still continue to like them after the reveal. XD
I will take Ei-kun not even mention “but we’re both boys!” as him being somewhat open to it. :3

I loved it… but I only saw the anime back in the days. I didn’t even know there was a manga version. :O
… but I feel like the absurd humor might have been better in an animated and voiced format.

tbf, this flavour was actually a mostly new one. Like, not exactly new that it is a gay misunderstanding, but rather that it both happens when the mc is the side-character, and that it did not get instantly corrected by said side-character.
