I see this going 4 ways.
1) Dude makes his bisexual harem pulling both girls and dudes into it.
2) Both girls fall for him, the "MC" ends up NTRed cause his crush could be one of the girls
3) Both girls fall for him, but the "MC" isn't NTRed cause his crush is a different girl (with the potential of that girl being the "loser" one cause he loves his young years childhood crush that moved away - just that he still didn't realise its actually her)
4) A non-harem ending where one of the girls ends up with "MC" and one with MC creating two couples - technically could split this into two positions - either MC helps "loser" girl get her "MC" by pulling the "winner" girl, or the classical ala Toradora where the "loser" girl ends up with MC who tried to help her cause they both developed feelings for each other, and "winner" tsundere ends up with "MC"

Ngl this kind of pisses me off 😑, the oneshot story is far better pre-serialzation. The ending to the oneshot just implies Kawashima just moved on to Kimura and would end up together while Ei kun and Ayame ends up together. It's a cute end to a title that fits the story. Now its just comedy harem and the actual MC is the denser than the sun, like what kind of loser mindset he has that he can't imagine romancing the Kawashima. Bro already NTRed the childhood friends memories already she already forgot about her Ei kun long childhood friend memories lmao. But he has no idea. I know its suppose to be comedy but ngl feels like a drag than most romcomedy I read and its only been just a few chapters. Welp can't complain much, I would still Hate read this thing and see the development.
