I can't parse out what "unmanned equality" is supposed to mean.

Does it mean something like, equality isn't masculine? IIRC Mammon had a big "toxic masculinity" component.

I'm not the translator, but the original Japanese text uses "無人の平等". I suppose it could also mean "shorthanded equality"? There is no mention of gender in the original.

I think she's saying that a perfectly equal world is one completely devoid of people because people will always discriminate against each other.

Looking at your idea and the alternate translation provided by Mars above you, I think you're onto something.
It might be an idiomatic phrase, maybe?

I can't think of a short English phrase for it. Something like the "equality of nothingness" or "equality of nonexistance."
