I know I don't have any cardiac endurance, so there's no way i would intentionally subject myself to doing it. She needs to learn her limitations.
Not that I'm a fitness nut or anything, but I think you do cardio to expand your limits, and create overall body health more than losing weight. Uh, at least that's what my sports anime tell me..Poor ladies falling in to the trap of exercise.
It's mostly about what you eat, not what you do.
Mild pulmonic stenosis + pulmonic insufficiency. The valve that pumps to the lungs both didn't open the full account, as well has some backflow into the chamber.NTR'd by exercise, how tragic papa..

Oof, that sucks. I guess it's a difference between won't and can't. Probably not a limitation for wifey, though.Mild pulmonic stenosis + pulmonic insufficiency. The valve that pumps to the lungs both didn't open the full account, as well has some backflow into the chamber.
Been this way since birth (well, the insufficiency came about in my early teens), and it's never been a matter that could be "conditioned" better.
Thankfully it has no negative effect on day-to-day living (I've got other ailments that cover that well enough); the simplest thing to say is "I don't run."Still, I hope you can get around well enough and be healthy despite the ailment.
