@jokerxhisoka being friends with someone close to her would mean they'd want to know about her personal life, tastes, etc through him (to have more chances to get into her pants). Also imagine that being friends with him and going to his house they'd be able to see her outside of school, on casual clothes (or less, like when getting out of bath and all).

The problem she doesnt sees right now is that if shes the most popular, any rumours he starts would be taken as truth right away, and its more serious for her as class rep than if she did the same (unless she plays some really dirty card like sexual assault or something like that, which I dont think she would).

Ah I just can see trouble lies ahead, what @ShionSinX write is what mostlikely to happen.
The problem is both of them is still have a feeling for each other, and that is what I see as a core of this problem.
Either one of them is move on, or both, or they end up together again.
The latter option is mostlikely to happen because, well manga logic, but at the same time most difficult I think.
Because the whole school(or classmate) already know they are sibling, (a not wise choice from the girl, well can't be helped actually cos they have a same name)
Will this manga focus on the "feeling" they have, or just play it as a standard romcom, though?
