Sometimes I do ask help for a recommendation/finding a forgotten title in forum manga section.
But people often reply the answer without mentioning our name so we dont get the notification and lead to often forgetting my post cause there is no notif especially after relogin. I suppose its a good idea for OP to get a notif from each reply even without @ our id
So a special notification reserved for Original Poster might be a good idea because;
1. people (OP) will remember their thread from each reply notif
2. late reply/recommend from someone will be remember
3. It works really wonderful if someone suddenly reply to your thread which has already sunk/forgotten
I know getting a lot of notif is annoying especially if there is a war in your thread. But I suppose in manga forum its different from another sub-forum, It's quite rare to find people having argument in a thread cause its just asking for a recommendation or finding a title
