Manga set as read does not show up as read on follow list

I have set Dr. Stone as "read" and have updated my progress up to the latest chapter, but when I check my follows none of the chapters are marked as read. Keep in mind that this is the only title I've had this issue with so far.

(I use MyMangaDex, so all read chapters are colored on the list.)
