I was about to submit Iron Lungs... Most Tezuka entry are pretty good or any rookie or debut event like that or any Manga Taisho entry...

Somehow those mangoes that got an award on those kind of event are likely to be an anime. e.g. I was not expecting Natsu Hikaru ga Shinda to have an anime.
