Im having a hard time getting through series like https://mangadex.org/title/16105/tsuki-ga-michibiku-isekai-douchuu because the mc's become a fucking idiot the instant they face any sort of problem(mostly so they can drag out chapters for more money). A manga/manhwa and the like where the mc actually uses his power and strength without making you annoyed or frustrated.

Examples of what im looking for

@Saiangeli
JoJo series, different part, different JoJos, different ability, different big brains and unique ability alone, Araki still one of the best even after writing more than 30 years.
Kaiji is all about big brain stuff, FKMT is also similiar with Araki but instead of magic abilities it gambling and 'how do I get out of this dire situation'.
Psyren have a good strategy for a good ol shounen.

I think it's difficult request. MCs powers are usually plot armor for that brainless idiot. I haven't read anything from your reference list, so i cannot say it's always the case.

You may try:

MC is OP magician and usually he insta-kill his opponents. But he has a lot of thinging to do to not disclose how OP he is.

Op-"mc with a brain"
Also op-*proceeds to introduce eminence in shadow*
Dude he is like opposite of that and that makes the manga more fun

that request is subjective. depending on the readers viewpoint every manga is like that some may even say the manga you provided as examples do not fit the title. but based off my opinion i would say this manga fits the bill:

https://mangadex.org/title/21946/the-wrong-way-to-use-healing-magic/chapters/

The last one is subjective, but
he uses his magic creatively in order to survive what is essentially hell in the form of training -.- He actually does have quite a bit of wit AND understanding of how society works (can't just fix a situation without fixing the system that broke it), but he's completely oblivious to how insane his strength has become. Seriously, dude is forced to do push ups with concrete blocks as big as he is on his back and immediately do a 5k sprint afterwards
I chose it because it uses the same comedic device that The Rise of an Unemployed Wiseman and Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute does... yeah he's smart situationally, but he's in denial about himself.

PS:

The Rise of an Unemployed Wiseman is hilarious due to the MC's obliviousness to real world standards. Him and One Punch Man could go at it and he'd probably bring out the ghost of One Punch Man's ancestors to One Punch him back -.-; It's for comedic effect, though, so the stupidity doesn't have a drawback.

Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute, as someone else mentioned, is another case of the MC being completely oblivious and that obliviousness being what brings the charm to the series.

thhe mc is kinda op, but shes weak as fuck in the beggining. she legit never insta kills her opponents(unless they are pitiful humans) and each big fight has a big brain strat
