just filled with trope after trope, fetish after fetish, with side characters existing purely for conflict and drama. apparently that's good enough for a lot of people for it to get 9.14 in rankings, literally standing side-by-side with greats like relife, your name, the fragrant flower blooms with dignity, etc.

With good animation even the most bland bread can perceive differently. Also 9.14 is stupidly high, but im 100% sure it'll fall down pretty quick.

eh, it's still bland no matter how decorated the plate is on that bread. it's just unfortunate more people are impressed by the decorations instead of the food that they're being served. there should honestly be a standard for good quality plot, as well as art, and that it shouldn't succeed to be as high as 9.14 (9.15 now wtf) if it can't do both properly. so at least anime studios who adapt slop like this can be bothered to include quality plot with an absurdly high level of animation to complement it. you at least have more than one thing to praise the show for other than its incest, sexual harassment, and softcore hentai included in it.

honestly i wouldn't be hating this much if the premise wasn't as interesting and the ratings dropped by 2 like where it belongs.
