Mangadex Server Curiousity

So i guess most of the People here browse through Chrome or etc. And sometimes the site was having a problem like Heavy Load or Could not fetch the manga or so on, I am curious on how this things happen and what causes this problems to emerge so i just posted this to know if i can somehow gain knowledge in Mangadex Server.

Btw, Is there an app that can be downloaded for Mangadex? I would like to know if there's a mangadex app.

No, MangaDex does not an official app. See staff response here (emphasis mine, since many on this very site still think Tachiyomi is the official MD app):

No, but all of the site features, including reader, work perfectly in your mobile browser.
If you use Android, consider looking into Tachiyomi or Neko if you are looking for a dedicated reader app.

Note that MD does not officially endorse either app but we've worked with the developers in the past.​
