Apparently she likes to use her left hand. The right middle fingernail isn't trimmed.

I went back and checked:
The hands were never really drawn in much detail in the earlier chapters, but with the exception of 1 or 2 pages where the author either forgot or drew it on the wrong hand, the nail on her left middle finger has consistently been shorter since chapter 27.
It first made a clear appearance in 17.5 - which, being a volume-bundled special chapter, was likely drawn around the same time it started featuring in the main series.
It got its own special feature in chapter in 34.5 where the author clearly pointed it out.
