I missed the Ice Cream line and thought they were using a Latte maker or something. The whole pull procedure looked like a barista to me making coffee or hot chocolate and topping with whipped cream.

I just realised I thought they were getting full whipped cream. It just doesn't look like any ice cream I ever see.

I suppose seeing soft serve (or 'soft ice cream') has been a really long time for me because only expensive ice cream stores sell it, not something you buy in supermarkets for at home. 🤔
