The hero and king don't act like people befitting of their stations. The hero may still hate Lieselotte, but treating her less than what a demon princess, much less as his fiancee, deserve is such an asshole move. Humans are trash in this series.

I guess genocide is less evil cause the hero is mean to demons cause his whole family got massacred is the most evil one here cause the only demons you have seen is a cute girl

they do need to address the elephant in the room the war the demons started I don't understand people comment regarding human hate knowing in this world demons see humans as livestock like a week ago with out them addressing that I don't see this relationship realisticly working out

God, the princess is so annoying. Yeah, I get hating demons or maybe trying to get her out of the way to get the hero. But like, it doesn't sound like they were winning the war with the demons. The king should have put his foot down more; it irks me so much, like why the fuck do you want to kill the only chance of peace? Why accept this chance in the first place if you're going to let it slide right away?

I get the earlier chapter with the hero denying her every advance, but like this is so fucking dumb.

Since when is withering some dumb flowers too much trouble? She was accused in his face of "putting the princess in danger" when 1. the princess herself made Liselotte bring out her undead spirit and 2. They were being hostile to her from minute 1.

The hero must need glasses because all of this happened literally centimeters away from him.

Deep sigh it seem i have to be the only rational asshat in the comment section.
So far the story made it clear the demon are the aggressor and clearly seem winning, The human have the right to be angry, downright hate the demon for invading their homes and killing.
The hero is understandably hate the demon more so the demon princess.
The demon princess genuinely love the hero and wants to be close to be said hero.
HOWEVER, being a jackass, especially to your fiancee is not a smart move. Like hell, do even heard being civil? Being formal? have a courtesy? No, i guess not.
Look, i'm looking you two being lovey dovey from the get go, atleast being respectful atleast a formal kindness? I'm fine you hate the fella but clear boundaries of respectful as your partner and common decency.
Let's look in history, You got two warring nations, then one of em asked for ceasefire, to reinforce the ceasefire and peace, they send their children as a political hostage to reinforce the peace by marriage. For argument sake let's just say they're adults.
They're fine to be hate each other at the same time for the sake of peace, they have to be respectful as partner.

REGARDLESS of hating each other guts, atleast being respectful each other as a human being or atleast have some decency.

The problem is currently, the hero basically did none of that, The demon princess actively want to get close and understand the hero. There's a one sided communication and that being a hero.

The hero is acting normal, logical and is well written.
His hatred is slowly fading as he realises his wife is not as evil as he expected.
