Okay I played around a bit and found the issue, I'm actually on a 4k monitor but because windows auto 150% zooms on the whole TV it screws with the image. I usually have sites with lower zoom levels to compensate but there's rarely a big enough image to need to do so on mangadex.

Or just maximize it more?
Tho the size will be a problem since mangadex has this stupid 200MB upload limit.
So i actually upscale this and save it as JPG

Nah it's all good no changes needed, I turned off the zoom and it has no issues. The settings on my side were the problem.
