yep, The Hermit is specialized in "hiding things". he was the one that hide mc's status, to hide the fact that he's an arcana from the human empire.

The Hermit also messed with mc's memories. it seems he "hides" all the good memories, which would include mc receiving the pendant that saved mc the first time, leaving only the bad memories of mc being seen as a child of murderer

Seriously this manga needs to slow down and just spin its wheels a bit. It's trying a bit too hard to smash its head into the next arc as fast as possible.
And this is coming from a person who is normally on board with that.

Did he really forgot about the others? I just thought he simply didn't care about them anymore as they always treated him like shit because his parents were murderers and they sided with the empire that calls the demon kingdom evil, while the demons are precisely the first to ever treat him well.

Spoiler: In the next arc,

he will meet a few of his former classmates but will keep his identity hidden.

The annoying voice is the Sovereign Dragon, one of the three Dragons Pillar, like the Celestial Dragon.
