Honestly I like how it mentions that he, in order to preserve his memories, writes and burns the info he has from the previous life, so it stays more concrete in his mind without being forgotten (on page 8).

A lot of game-isekai series will just be like "Oh I remember this small detail absolutely perfectly even though I've been trapped in this new body for 10+ years without any refreshers", so it's nice to see an instance where the MC actually makes notes of what he remembers constantly, but burns them afterwards so that it's not prophetic.

Remembering something actually causes you to slowly forget it as every time you remember it, it is a little less vivid and detailed.

To be fair though a lot of them write it down and then keep the book hidden. They refer to the book as they look at it often while growing up.
